What I was doing at this time....winding down for Chest clinic...surfing the net for a few minutes....making sure the blood pressure/meds are put away and all the pt.'s are seen.

• Today....a butterfly fluttered around me while we were going out for a walk today during lunchtime with my co-worker/friend. She said that's goodluck and blessed my tummy while saying (pregnant, pregnant) that was so sweet.
• it was such a beautiful sunny day
• chest clinic was actually not too busy and it went well.
• the stuffed cabbage in the cafeteria today at work was actually very good
• love my FB friends and Twitter
• got my Elements book from Kim Smith (very cool!) happy snail mail day!
• my ever loving husband calling me at work asking what i wanted to eat for dinner tonight
• my love for siopao (bought by my brother)
• actually talking for 45 minutes with Dollace on the phone today about her trip to the Philippines. I am not much of a talker but i was so excited to talk to her about her adventures in PI.

Farrah Fawcett...Charlie's Angels girls...Her famous poster....I loved the movie that she made "Burning Bed" she did such a great job on that movie. I cried.

She died at the age of 62 battling Cancer. That was so sweet when Ryan O'neal married her again.

Then Michael Jackson. OMG, what a tragedy. I am so so sad. He was only 50 yrs. old and I do feel sorry on the things he had to endure when he was younger.
I love so many songs from him especially his love songs. I will lists some here as I think and research. They did a tribute of all the songs on the radio on 99.7.

Meeting up with a high school buddy

Shermie is one of my high school buddies that I hang out with during lunchtime along with other friend, Rowena and Ellen.  We met at the Sizzler in Daly city along with her husband and cute son.

Happy Birthday Mary Ann!!!

Wishing my bestest and cutest sister of all times! Mary Ann!!! Yay!
We actually celebrated her birthday early (6/14-Sunday) as her birthday falls on a Tuesday and she usually spends that with her hubby dubby. We had a lunch at Patio Filipino. It took them at least 10 minutes or more just to take our order coz' we were on the other side of the restaurant (they actually enlarged the place coz' it used to be so small) Their food was just OK--I liked the Kare kare and Kangkong with Tofu but the rest was I had better.  Here are the foods that we had.

This is what we had for dessert, boy was it yummy. Buko con Seta (Patio's version of Halo-halo served on fresh young coconut and topped with ice cream).

After we dropped off at my sister coz' she has another dinner date later on. My brother and Sis inlaw watched UP. I love LOVE LOVE the movie!!!! We saw it on 3D. It was so good I am so going to buy the DVD when it comes out. It was so touching and would love to watch it again. I am a fan of Carl, Ellie, Russell, Kevin and Dog. AWW. I was crying! Nelson did not get to come with us but we got him food from Boracay Grill (my and dh's fave resto! It's so yummy we tried the Crispy Pata and OMG it's so good!)

Remembering Apu Tata

Today we went to a mass in the Benicia Cemetery (can never remember the name) around 10 am (we picked up our aunt in Richmond) to remember our dearly departed (Apu Tata's birthday is June 13 which is also St. Anthony of Padua's feast day also).  I love spending time with DH's side of the family coz' it's very relaxed and boy do we eat....Auntie Rose is a good cook so is the rest of the auntie. For lunch, we went to SELECTA (my unc Tony's fave filipino buffet resto) $6.95 per person.

WE even went to the Napa Valley outlet. WE got home around 10:30 na siguro.

Graduation dinner and Chill axin' w/friends

WE attended my co-worker, Rushelle's daughter's graduation and she had her reception in the Yet Wah Resto in Diamond Heights. I loved the chow mein (it was like spaghetti it was good) and the duck was also good.

After the dinner we had to head out becoz' our friends were waiting for us so we had to say our goodbyes and headed to South San Francisco to go to Solita's  (a filipino resto-they have a comedy show and dancing). OMG I can't believe how long we waited to get our food (1 1/2 hr can you imagine!!!) The food was okay. We had to pay $20 per person.

Above pictures are of my friends (who all have kids and just a chance for them to spend quality time with the adults...) I think we got home around 1 am already!

Foster City Arts&Wine Festival

Did I tell you that I love Foster City? YUP, I do. Eventhough we don't have any kids I would love to live in this very family oriented city. Not only that it's clean, fair weather, still close to  SF, no bridge to cross, low crime. They had an Arts&Wine Festival every year. Last year, Nelson did not get to go coz' I think he had b-ball league but this year he got to go.

The beautiful lake-where you can rent a boat to sail around the lake so you can see the condos and townhouses which dots around the lake.

Jassmine's Grad/Birthday Celeb

Before attending Anmar's birthday in the afternoon we went to Jassmine's Grad/Birthday Celebration at their home. Josie is my co-worker in the VA. Boy, did she have a spread. I loved the Tokwat' Baboy and the Bopis. Her cousin from LA is the one that did all the cooking but Josie is a great cook, also. She used to own a restaurant.
