Moving day for mai2 & Edwin

We helped Mai and Edwin move at their new apartment in Foster city called Beach Cove. I love their apartment! I helped Mai2 put away some of the groceries in the cupboard. All of the appliances were white and the apartment was newly painted. It's a 2 bedroom apartment for $1800 not including utilities. There is a lake behind the apartment complex. They have an outdoor swimming pool and a club house complete with a gym and a hall you can rent if you want to have a party. I have always loved Foster city because it's a very family oriented city. Before we headed to Foster city, Mai2 already had made Sinigang na pork for us to have dinner. We had pizza for snack after the boxes were moved by the boyz. The 3 lil' girls (Mica,Mielle and Madz') stayed with their Auntie Merle so we can move without the lil ladies bugging us.

Friday the 13th

• Good day today.....Tina and Sharmila working with us. Arlene was off yesterday and today but we missed her though.
• I gave Recie the traveling bag from Eddie Bauer that she can sling over her shoulder.
• Recie treated us (Tina, Sharmila, me and Lizette) for nurse's week to a yummy Japanese lunch in Balboa Teriyaki!
• The deep fried tempura green tea ice cream was delicious.

Natural disaster

The 8.9 earthquake in japan today was so scary and the tsunami that followed it even scarier. We just had that earthquake in new Zealand. What is the world coming to? Makes you think. I am praying for the people of japan.

Spending time with you

My favorite and cherished time with you is doing nothing. After you woke up early (around 6 am) to play basketball, I guess had to wake up and just kinda scrapbooked a little bit. I did our San Diego trip from last year for my birthday. After your basketball- You made breakfast for us of longanissa and eggs.  Then, we watched Karate Kid with Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan ON demand. You made a delicious GOTO (pictured here) for our lunch. Then, we both took a nap. I napped about 2 hours! You made fried chicken for our dinner, we watched the All-Star game, which was interesting. Then, the Nonito Donaire-Moltier fight. Of course, Filipino pride won! I love spending time with you especially that it was raining the whole day. There was even a little bit of hail.
