My Blog friend, Zorina wrote on her blog that she was going to the Renegade Crafts Fair that was being held here in SF in the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion in the Marina District. Since I never met her I asked her if we can meet up at the Crafts Fair and today was the day I get to meet her. I have met her online through SIS Scrap in style scrapbooking site. Yes, another friend met through the wonderful world of scrapbooking and blogging. She started her blog also! First, it was Sonja, Michelle Geller and then Zorina and more to meet. Don't worry the girls on my blog link I will meet soon, too! So anyways, we did meet and actually we were not shy at all with each other like we just have been talking all along. She is a wonderful girl and would love to get her know more coz' we only meet for an hour and had to leave already coz' DH was picking me up. I got there around 10:30 and did my walking around through the wonderful booths.
The blinkie for the fair
I thought this was a beautiful shot of the Bay Bridge on the way to the Embarcadero
My Best friend keeping me company til' 11 am, we just kicked back on one of the benches and people watched at the Marina District. There were so many people biking...he wants to buy a bike and I need to learn how to ride one!
Had to take a picture of this house, OMG this is definitely worth a million or more coz' it's in the Marina district and facing the water and it even had a spiral staircase leading up to the rooftop.
Outside the Festival Pavilion this is the view...cool isn't it and you see how beautiful the weather was? Very cool. That's the Alcatraz Island.
I thought this was cool....love the robot.
This is a favorite also, she is an artist from Brazil I love the whimsical canvas she had made. Bought Zorina and I like it. We both also love Owls and butterflies.
I thought these ones are hilarious and very cute especially being a nurse, I really appreciate and see the humor in these but you don't even have to be a nurse to appreciate it. It's so cute.
Me and Zorina finally meeting up!!! We asked one of the man who was standing around to take our picture!
One more pic of Z.
Clowns performing for the kids this was still in Fort Mason. You see the stage? The colored part are recycled computer parts...very cool
